Do not expect any hunt for the gifted pants a 2nd time around, as it is only offered for first time guest. It might have been a good idea to keep the concept for the 2nd, 3rd,... stay, with a different type of (small) gift and hiding spot at each stay level. It might be more popular than the leaves decoration on the bed and the messages on the bathroom mirror.
The breakfast is nice but , as the offering is limited, it might be a little repetitive for a stay of a few days.
The Madi Paidi has now a view as the British International School at the corner of the soi and Sukhumvit has been razed to the ground. I am sure that this will only be temporary and future construction noises are to be expected in the future.
If you stay in this area again then I recommend booking yourself in to Homeburg just around the corner for a unique burger tasting menu experience. Only eight covers per sitting and you have to book and pay in advance. Be on time and take your own booze. Will complement a boutique night at Madi Paidi very nicely.
