Hi I would like to apply transit visa 771 that only allows me to transit max at 72 hours

However I wonder if its okay, if the booking code / PNR of the aircraft is seperates.

For example CGK-SYD with GA, then SYD-SIN with BA.

Or its strictly must under one PNR and a connecting flight only? Thank you
