can't do seat selection from TK app even with TK PNR
Hi,
It might have been asked in this forum, but I am having difficulty finding it.
I booked a TK flight from SFO to IST by using Aeroplan points several weeks ago and got both an AC PNR and a TK PNR. I then tried to do seat selection from TK's app but got "We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to process your transaction at the moment. Please try again later" message. It didn't ask me for the 014 ticket number, and I am the sole passenger.
Any idea what's going on? Is it because it's a May 2025 flight that it's still too early for seat selection?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
