Thanks everyone for the recommendations. I wound up booking a hotel near the airport and picking up the car in the morning as per the recommendations. Was pretty convenient and helped not to mess my sleep schedule up more.
The airport is being renovated, so I was bummed that the observation deck was closed when I was flying out. But I did love the 'Dream of Flight' statue.
