Sorry if I’m posting a question that’s been asked before. I have a flight tomorrow out of EWR terminal A. My return flight will almost certainly come back into terminal C due to aircraft type. Unfortunately due to circumstances I have no choice but to check bags. The last thing I want to do is come back into terminal C, collect my bags, and then have to make my way to terminal A parking.

My plan therefore is to park in the terminal C parking garage, check my bags at terminal C and go through security there, and then take the airside bus to A. That way on my return trip, I can just collect my checked bags at terminal C baggage claim and go right to my car.

Just want to be sure there isn’t any issue with checking my bags at Premier checkin in C when my flight is out of A? Or going through security at C when my flight is out of A?
