The quiche, french toast and chia pudding are all excellent. I would not take a gamble on the breakfast pizza.
Actually started making the chia pudding at home it's so good:
1/4 cup chia seeds to ~1 cup of almond, oat or whatever non-dairy milk you prefer. Might be more or less milk depending on the type of milk you are using. Add in a squirt of honey or agave, some vanilla and a pinch of salt. Whisk it all together and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then whisk again. Check on in 30 minutes and add more milk if its too thick, whisk a final time and refrigerate overnight. Toast a handful of coconut in a non-stick frying pan over low heat, and add in some fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, peaches). Fantastic, quick and easy filling and nutritious breakfast! This makes enough for breakfast for 3 days for me.
