Recently spent an evening at The Westin Josun Busan. The initial plan was to meet Mrs. Swede and Baby Swede at the pool then the sauna. I changed into my swimsuit, put my clothes and glasses (I'm pretty blind without them) into the provided locker, and I set off to try to find the pool. Given the only entrances were to the sauna, I figured the door to the pool would be in there. Nope. I walk into a very large room with about 30 naked Korean men. It's a very spacious area with two large jacuzzis, a cold bath, three different saunas, showers, a urinal behind a partition, and other things. Even though I could barely see five feet in front of me, I could definitely feel that people were staring at me since I was the only "clothed" person (sauna attendants excluded) in the room. After walking around the space unsuccessfully trying to find the door leading to the swimming pool, I went back to the locker room and eventually found out the pool was one floor above in a different direction.
Turns out, Mrs. and Baby Swede ditched the pool to enjoy the women's sauna. They had also walked in wearing swimwear, and some of the older (and naked) women there promptly told them in broken English that swimsuits were not allowed. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I left the pool, went back to the locker room, got naked, and went to the sauna. We were so impressed by it that we set our alarms an hour earlier so we could go to the sauna again before breakfast.
