Did you mean Boston Logan airport? If so, YYZ and BOS are on the same time zone.

IF you booked within 24 hours you can cancel for free and reboot. You can wait until the 'same day' and do a same day change for $(depending on the fare you booked)

I think for such a short flight, save your money on flight costs and get an airport hotel at BOS the night before
