correcting my dumb mistake
So, I made an unwise choice and to save money, purchased a 6 a.m. flight from Logan Airport to Toronto. Especially as I will go to Toronto for medical reasons and would do well to get adequate rest, and also since I would like to try to acclimate to an earlier time zone, Worse, I got an Economy flight and so can cancel it, but not change it. I balked at spending the extra money to take the 10 a.m. flight, but now realize the folly of my choice.
So, my options:
* Suck it up, live with that I have, and take the 6 a.m. flight.
* Suck it up, cancel the the 6 a.m. flight and then purchased the 10 a.m. flight.
* Attempt to get them to change the flight, which goes against policy and I doubt I can manage.
* Buy Air Canada air miles and pay for the flight that way. (I did sign up with Aeroplan.)
Any other ideas? And does it ever work to try to get them to let me upgrade an Economy ticket?
