As long as the Aeromexico account is under OP name then it won't considered as fraudulent transfer no?

And once the miles or whatever currency name Aeromexico use reach OP's Aeromexico account, he then can book the ticket under somone else name if Aeromexico allows it.
(some airlines allow account owner to book point redemption ticket for different person)
