I am trying to book the prepayment rate at the Hilton Pattaya (yes its on the resorts list, and I used my credit there last year as i live in Manila). in the hope that it triggers the 1H credit for the Aspire card (some data points show prepayment rate does that on foreign hotels). You will have to click on the terms of the specific rates and see what they are. They will say whether your card is charged now or not. It is of course possible that the hotel isnt offering any prepaid rate.
