Stood at the hotel over the past weekend.

The good:
- was upgraded to one of the (rare) renovated rooms even though the hotel was nearly booked out
- nice rooftop bar

The bad:
- a/c was non existent in the room, so I slept two nights at 24 C (75 F) - and that with moderate outside temperatures. Complaint twice - no reaction. Heard other guests complaining as well.

- on the day of checkout I was „proactively informed“ that no late checkouts could be given (I didn’t even asked for one in the first place) due to the hotels occupancy. After mentioning the WOH rules to the frontdesk lady was told the Globalist benefit was based on availability by the hotel.

Checked out at noon and - given the other Hyatt options in Düsseldorf - will probably not return…
