Not surprised, as it is not really a lounge like others, more of a couple of couches and a large food hall. Imagine SYD/MEL but with around 70-80% of the floor space dining, or CCR but with all the inside area as tables and chairs and the outside patio as couches. I realise others disagree, but I do find the whole concept not actually that relaxing. Great "lounge" when you are outside of the peak times, but during the peak when it is the feed me as much as you can in 60 mins, it is quite a cacophony. IMHO. Shame is, it is probably the best food and drinks in the network.
