And now the OH has received the same push back. BA are convinced we were booked into (and flew) WTP - despite showing them a CW boarding pass with the correct PNR and ticket number, they've asked for proof of an upgrade to CW via either an upgrade voucher or receipt for paid upgrade as their systems show no record of us flying in that cabin. We booked this in July 2023, Club Europe/World throughout. The e-ticket shows it booked into 'I'. I'm at an absolute loss why they're making such a fudge of it, how can their systems be so wrong on something so fundamental.
