TAP has a several A321s configured with lie-flat seats which they mostly use between LIS and Northern Brazil (primarily Fortaleza I think). On the inbound from Brazil these sometimes are routed onward to ORY (Paris Orly) for certain, but I'm not sure if they ever go to FCO.
They are rotated through the entire medium-haul network. A quick survey of their deployment since May 24th shows: OPO, FAO, PXO, MAD, BCN, PMI, IBZ, ORY, LHR, MAN, DUB, MXP, PRG, FRA, DUS, ZRH, GVA, AMS, FCO, VCE, OSL, WAW.
In terms of long haul, it's much broader than NE Brazil: it's BOS, JFK, EWR, IAD, YYZ, YUL, and ACC/TMS; it used to be TLV too when the route was operating.
