Yes, I was very annoyed that it wasn't mentioned at all anywhere. And also I had called up to buy ACCOR PLUS, but since I was in Europe at the time they talked me into Voyager, and I said "I'll get Accor plus once I am back in Asia". Three months later found out it was a no-go. I even wrote into customer service to cancel All+ Voyager (not wanting cash back, just wanting them to unlink it from my account) and they just never replied. It was very frustrating, but finally now I am back with Accor Plus.
As you say, it is what it is, and c'est la vie!
