The funny thing is the fella is complaining about 'uninspiring same old options' when it's actually a festive menu for Raya Haji which I thought is a nice touch and would be appreciated by MAS' frequent flyers.
I also think comparing to Al Safwa or Al Mourjan lounges is disingenuous as they are not alliance-admitting lounges, even a comparison to Qantas First Lounge in Changi is now no longer a given seeing as they are declining non Qantas flyers.
Some might say lofty comparisons and expectations help drive things forward but I'm cynical and often end up thinking they're just out of touch with reality.
