Gosh yes, I focused too much on the miles vs km individual point, and forgot the macro level, which even then would be far more. 3:1 Marriott ratio, along with a 5k bonus every 60k points
Should mean 208k Marriott points should be:
- Direct conversion (presuming they no longer do a KM:Mile ratio): 69,333 "Miles" (3:1)
- Plus the 5k for every 60k == 3x = 15,000 Bonus "Miles"
- Total if they use Miles == 84,333 Miles (Per the T&Cs what you should get)
- Total if they use KM (x1.61) = 135,776 Kilometers (If they really do turn into KM)
So I agree you've been Bonvoy'd there. However, I do note you were transferring to a "friend".... that part isn't allowed within the Marriott system (should be the same names on both accounts to transfer). Perhaps some part of the transfer is blocked from that view (would seem very odd to only allow partial transfers of course). .
