Somebody posted in the Bilt Facebook group that he saw for July Rent Day:
75% transfer bonus to AS for Golds
10k Bilt points for MVP status through December for Golds

He had a link to a page on Bilt site showing the 10k offer (which was still live when I clicked it yesterday but has since been taken down), and a screenshot showing the 75% transfer bonus.
Presumably Platinum offers would be 100% transfer bonus and maybe a smaller charge for MVP or MPG Gold option, but since he wasn't Platinum, he was only seeing the Gold offers.
He also said there would be some Dining Experience again.

Of course, take this all with a grain of salt.
