Simply prepared roasted chicken with quinoa, green beans, roasted carrots, Roma tomato. Very good, I would order it again, though I do self-cater Tabasco for dishes like this which definitely needed it. Salad was institutional quality. The dessert was something curated by Chef Mashama, and was excellent - I rarely eat desserts.
