Here’s a good one.
Looking to book our annual Sydney to mid west USA city in September, return October.
Economy fare just under $A3000.
But return SYD to SFO then a separate return ticket to our destination is a total of $A1800.
I am well aware of the risks involved with this: delays/misconnections/rechecking hassles etc but a saving of $A2400 for the two of us pays for the rental car.
