It doesn't have anything to do with POS or direction. Same POS, same direction.
The logic behind this is so strange. Basically carrier imposed taxes and fees magically change higher when booking on AS. So maybe they aren’t really carrier imposed or rather maybe not BA imposed since those should be standard taxes and fees for all partners. Unless the fee really is just profit padding and AA is just somehow paying less than other partners.
