I am Platinum Pro with AA, and would like access to the lounge, so gave them my AA number. But would like not to lose the miles. Would it be possible to claim the miles to Asia Miles while simultaneously getting the benefits of Emerald status? I.e., could I use my AA status but claim miles for a different programme?
