After arrival you are ferried by bus directly to the baggage hall. You have to go thru security for another flight. There is no airside connection. You can make it, it is not a big airport, but you need to have only hand luggage and I would recommend to talk to cabin crew onboard your flight so they can notify POZ airport staff that you will do a fast transit, so they will not close the gate earlier.
When you will arrive at the baggage hall:
1. Go landside ("nothing to declare" doors) - my time estimate: 2 minutes after reboarding from bus.
2. Go left and keep going almost to the end of terminal building ( you will pass coffee shops, restaurants and check-in counters). Time: around 5 minutes.
3. On left hand side you will see security. If there is no queue you are lucky. After security you have maximum 2 minutes to reach your gate (you can see gates from security). Probably your gate to Warsaw will be on left hand side.
4. If the is a lot of people on Security checks than you have two choices:
- see if there is any fast track sign or talk to security staff that you are HON and you need a fast track.
- or go strait to VIP entrance which is outside of the main terminal, but this entrance will get you to business lounge so you loose time. I would use this option only if there is a big mess at normal security.
Take into consideration that security checks at POZ are not fast, meaning they can check you hand luggage thoroughly. Sometimes they are very slow at POZ, but as I wrote - it is not a big airport so usually it is not very crowded.
My tip: when deboarding plane from WAW in POZ go as last person to the bus, because you will be at the door so you will be the first one to deboard from bus to terminal. LIFO method
