UA plans for new DCA beyond-perimeter slots

I know UA fought against the 5 new beyond-perimeter slot pairs that were included in the 2024 FAA Authorization - but they are basically entitled to one of them. To date they have not requested anything from the DOT, which needs to grant the new slots within 60 days of the bill being signed. https://aviationweek.com/air-transpo...-new-dca-slots

The single DCA-DEN flight is coming in and going out full (or almost) every day in a 738/753 (seasonal). I would think UA would want to add a (second) morning DCA departure with a late evening return to open up a lot of new connection opportunities - even though F9 is 3x on this route.
Not sure if UA would want a second SFO or if they want to join the already crowded DCA-LAX market.
Those 3 seem to be the only options. Or maybe they won't apply for a new slot at all?

Interested if anyone has any inside info or thoughts.
