I want to book flights to Macau and mainland China but the Chinese airline websites are borderline unusable. Air Macau doesn't have customer service contact. I generally avoid third party booking sites especially ones that are outside of the US. Is Trip.com easy to deal with when it comes to ticketing, seat selection and changes? Also, should I be cautious about giving them my passport and personal information?
