I know that the TK Istanbul lounge suites are available to Business class passengers subject to the conditions on length of flight legs.

But are these also available to Elite Plus passengers flying economy? If so does the Miles and Smiles Lounge also have these rooms? I know the Business class lounges does but the Elite Plus Passengers flying Economy will not have access to the Business Lounge at Istanbul right?

Just understainding the eligibility matrix.
