There is a flight kitchen at CLE (don't know the operator); UA has non-stops to LAX and SFO from here.
It will be a breakfast flight westbound, as the inbound from SLC will arrive circa 2230 the night before. and the westbound will leave circa 0745.
I hope it will be catered from the CLE kitchen. Morning flights like that from a sad box location mean shelf stable snack boxes in the morning.
I am really excited for this flight. Adding a western hub to Delta in Cleveland opens up some much better one stop route possibilities to the western states and beyond.
