My partner and I have been trying to get miles posted to our UA accounts for a segment flown on LX ticket stock for an LH flight May 25 TIV-MUC. The connecting segment was MUC-DUB which posted right away.

I sent UA all the documents and BP stub copies but LX and LH say to UA we were no-shows even though I have proof. I went to LX directly since it was their ticket but they sent the canned response that all mileage disputes have to go to the carrier that runs the mileage program.

Any other thoughts on what I can do on this or where I have gone wrong? The flights were booked direct in business class with Swiss. No travel agent. The BP shows our *G status.
