I think it’s going to depend upon the inventory on the day of travel, although it seems that RIX-IAD is not a terribly expensive market as these things go; even for a J fare I’m only getting €568 for the lap infant. But, yes, OP should have been looking at several hundred euros, assuming that this was, in fact, business class travel.
