Friday was a delayed departure from CTA of about 2.5 hours. We sat on the plane but thanks to FT I knew I wasn't getting a pre departure beverage but I could hear various grumbles from behind . On a separate note big shout out to the pilot who kept everyone informed at every stage and explained that the ATC were short staffed for the LGW return.
