Tier points & Avios not credited - Qatar H fare upgraded with avios

In April, I flew to Australia on Qatar. Booked an economy ticket (H class) which earns 300 tier points and a chunk of Avios. Remarkably, there were J class seats to upgrade to on Qatar so I moved over some avios and secured comfy seats. Note, my EC number not my Qatar number was on my booking and printed on my boarding cards.

All four flights posted to BAEC quickly but as 'Ineligible flights'. They posted as:

Economy (U Class)

which is presumably a shared bucket for avios upgrades and avios redemption flights on Qatar.

I filled a missing tier points and avios claim. That was eventually rejected a couple of weeks ago with no email despite suggesting that I should have received one.
  1. I rang the Silver line and was told to ring Qatar. When I asked why given that this related to posting on my EC account, I was then told, wait as it can take up to 28 days for a flight to post on my account. When I explained they had posted but incorrectly, I was told it can take up to 28 days for them to be corrected. Never heard of this before. I did upload my e-ticket and boarding passes to the ecsupportingdocs portal during the call as instructed
  2. I rang back last week because I now have a BA flight in 2 weeks and these tier points would mean qualifying for Gold which would let me snag a longhaul exit row for free. I got the same script from the person on the phone: 28 days to post / oh they have posted, 28 days to correct / oh you really need it before that, I'll get someone to call you back in the next hour. Nobody called back then or ever. Presumably that was to get me off the phone.
  3. I have messaged the account on here that can help but had no reply - totally understand, it's someone helping out. It shouldn't have to exist as a route to remedy.

Any ideas on what I can or should do next? This is so frustrating. BA and Qatar presumably should have sufficient integrations to pass the right data to each other. When I ring EC I am told that they can't see Qatar bookings. Fair enough, different airline. But having supplied evidence in various formats, this shouldn't be difficult to sort out.

Thanks in advance.
