I stayed here beginning of this month for 5 nights. I had to go to the exhibition center which is only about 15 minutes by car from this hotel. Otherwise the hotel might be a little bit far away from everything. It was no problem to request an uber car. The front desk said you would probably need an Egyptian mobile number, but it worked with my overseas one.

I used the airport shuttle provided by the hotel which was very good. A hotel staff met me before immigration and helped me to get through customs without any problems.
Before my flight back I was staying at Le Meridien next to the airport and the Renaissance hotel shuttle bus let me get off right in front of the hotel, as I was the only one taking the shuttle.

The lounge was very good for having a light dinner and a beer or two. They have 2-3 people always there to clean up or bring a new drinks. There was also a chef who explained what's on menu and when I asked for white rice he said he can bring it from the kitchen.
