Yes, no PDB in CE. If you look fairly close to expiration they may give you a half cup on water, but that's about as good as it gets. Occasionally Golds (plus) get a discreet ,mini bottle of water by the IFL (CSM for LGW), and that's welcome when it happens.

On the bar servoce, while the priority is getting the meals out, nevertheless champagne will be available at that point. KGS is a long flight so this probably won't apply, but if they have to open a bottle at breakfast time, the low number of drinkers may give for a generous level of consumption.
