CE Service standard... no PDB on breakfast flights...?
Onboard the LGW-KGS service for 30 mins now, with another 45ish mins delay before we go. To be fair as I'm typing this, they have just handed out plastic cups of water, but that's being done for the whole plane, not just CE

I was expecting OJ and/or champagne, is it normal for that not to happen on early morning flights?
