Yes, that's kind of been the topic of discussion the last half dozen or so posts.
Not much reason really to connect A-G directly from the airport's perspective, as the only reason to cross from A to G is to use a lounge. Even a T1-G or T3-A connection would be extremely rare. The main benefit of the new connector would be the ability to get from C to A airside, which was previously not possible, and would actually matter if you're connecting between DL and ST long-haul.
