At Marriott Vacation Club properties, the Welcome Gift is 1000 Marriott Bonvoy points. You also earn points on qualifying spend, with the usual bonus points based on your elite level.

You do not receive Guaranteed Lounge Access, breakfast, or upgrades. These have never been benefits at Marriott Vacation Club.
