Braised Short Rib

The Short Rib was exceptional - much better than I expected - flavorful, moist, and lean. All of the sides and the salad were also very good. For my taste, the cake was far too sweet even with the cherries - I could only handle 2 bites.

Full PDB and excellent crew that proactively offered drink refills throughout the flight. They also turned the economy snacks (sunchips, almonds, etc) into a decorative snack plate, which they passed around after dinner. Great experience.
