No, arriving on Swiss metal doesn't count for anything and UA domestic departure wouldn't normally get access regardless of cabin.

Arriving on UA metal in Polaris would get you Polaris lounge access.

Holding *G status would get you access to one of the regular lounges (UA Club only for non-UA *G)
