We bought tickets later this year to Brazil and we also bought better seats for the international leg using miles. Due to flights cancelations, the trip is now rescheduled to go through GRU instead of GIG, and the seats we paid for are gone. The price to upgrade them are the same as before. Will the miles be reinstated? I already spent hours yesterday fixing the flights since the system couldn't do it automatically (but missed that) and I'm not looking forward to spend another couple of hours on this.
