Short walk to where the Q70 bus to Jackson Heights subway, M60 bus, and shuttles are located. What is under construction is to the left across the inner road from the service animal area. They are building a new passenger pickup area that I attached a picture of in my earlier reply.
To Dave456’s point, this bus stop has been there for quite a while. There is no wall of windows, just a nice sleek metal wall. The windows in the pictures I took of the connector are a level above.
