Is that economy or business class? certainly for that price to Korea, it must be business class, so would get some type of lounge access regardless of the code. (no status benefit to F if you're OWE, it'd be a business lounge, very likely JL Sakura) But your mileage earning will be very limited if KE code JL operated, likely can only earn in KE or JL programs. It's a very short flight anyway, so mileage wouldn't be my first priority when it's 1/2 price on the KE code.
