Any solution? I have tried multiple emails in multiple browsers. Always the same error message as the OP. I am UK based - perhaps they dont want UK members?? I am also giving a driving licence no. rather than passport (seemingly an acceptable alternative). I get green ticks throughout (inc for the email address) and then the error message.
