My son was short a few points, so I sent him 15,000. He can see the transaction, but it hasn't updated his balance.
Digging deeper, looks like I've had five transactions this month - two stays, a credit card bonus, a redemption and the gift mentioned above, but only one has affected my points balance - one of the stays.
Seems there are still some major defects in Hilton's points infrastructure.
