I doubt this will happen, mother company will still want to make sure that their brand remains the dominant one. But it will help in "internationalizing" the brand I guess.

Yes I hope not. Truthfully, there is still a sort of resort "happiness" vibe at the property - not your typical airport hotel vibe. Hopefully this will NOT be the case indeed when they switch.
