Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.
I booked this hotel only for a quick stopover in Vienna, with an early flight. The hotel is just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport (you can alternatively take S7 and walk 15 minutes).

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest rate and received one double standard on high floor.

How are the rooms?
Around 21sqm.

Power sockets next to the bed

Dining table and sofa
Desk.
Kettle. No Nespresso machine. No minibar

Small open closet
Television set with good selection of international channels
Chromecast
No free PressReader

Very efficient air conditioning (it was very hot in Vienna).

Large bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets.
Apotheke toiletries

View over the pleasant inner garden
Very quiet.

How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD

Quite pleasant hotel (even if the location is not central, but the nearest S-Bahn station, Vorgartenstraße, is a 6-minute walk away).
Recently renovated property in a pleasant design
Smiling and attentive staff.

BAD

Nothing.

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
Yes.
I cannot speak of breakfast because I had no time to have it.
