It’s wrong for Marriott to shield themselves with terms and conditions, and believe they have the right to expire members points without fair warning, and turn around to send soliciting email to sell Marriott points. I agree that is an act of theft totally, it can be interpreted as robbery!

We are all human beings, some of us perhaps trying to accumulate more points in order to have a family reunion, sometimes one can barely keep the head above water, time could be slip by without a trace, and Marriott is silently waiting to snap your points away, and sell them for money.

We all agree a company wants to make profit, but, do it in a honorable way. Not by snapping up members hard earned points and expire them.
I hope someone at Marriott can see beyond the $ sign and reinstate those expire points to the members account. Wouldn’t that be a great way to give back to the mankind, be a decent person, have a heart, not just the $ sign.
make Marriott points never expire! If United Airline can do it , Why not Marriott? Be a leader in Humanity! Make the world a better place, it is in your power, I hope Mr Anthony Capuano can lead Marriott in to victory!
