Looking at the seat map, the only cabin that is actually almost full (one unassigned seat) is F.
C+ has 11 unassigned and as OP mentioned, main cabin as a ton including a bunch of preferred seats.

Not sure whats going on either as its not ski season and its a Tues.... and its Reno so not exactly a sports team hot spot
