I might even chip in on that, because while JL does show where an infant is seated, they could have booked after I did and end up surprised after boarding. Presumably if it'd alert you to an infant intolerant adult, it'd also alert me to an infant added to the cabin after I booked.
While I don't support the infant intolerance, couldn't you book the bassinet-capable seat in F thus effectively blocking most from booking on your flight afterwards?
