If the OP were to hop back on the LGA route, I would be happy to accompany the OP on the transfer at no cost to him/her. I will even kick in Advil just in case - just got a bottle of 300 tablets

Also an open invitation to anyone else...the transfer is quite straight forward. I have done it many times between all three local airports, as a resident no less.
